Yesterday's wine situation lasted until 2am so we woke up very late today. Then I made pancakes for everyone.
We are finally getting a bit closer to our final decision on how to manage and where to go during our roadtrip in January! That took us some time this morning.
Then Kevin, Henning and Raul came to pick Andrea and me up and we drove to Standford. We were 5 cars in total and it was quite an organization until every car was full and when to drive where. Actually we wanted to do a tour around Stanford university's campus but we arrived too late due to traffic. That was not bad, we just walked around a bit. The campus is quite impressive - wonder how much the tuition fee for one term is!?
Kevin - you asked to be on my blog - here you are ;-) haha! Left to right: introducing Kevin, Raul, me, Andrea and Henning.
Then we went to our first American football game: Stanford university against Washington university. Stanford won 34:17. I really liked it, it was a cool atmosphere. The rules are very tricky but Kevin knew all of them - sorry for annoying you!!
It started with some military guys jumping out of a plane and landing their parachutes right on the playground and bringing the football - nice!
It became pretty cold and I was glad to carry all day 5 layers of cloths with me!
Here some videos to give you an impression of the game:
Thanks again to the guys for picking us up and bringing us back home!!
