I left my heart in San Francisco...

Yesterday we were kicked out by the security guard at our wifi room in the lobby so in case you found some typos in yesterday's post - kindly keep them to yourself ;-)
Also I know that SF isn't in the South of California but I just like that song!

Sooo today we went to SF for the first time! We returned our rental car at the Oakland Airport and from there went by bus and Bart to SF. The weather was fantastic!! Everyone always says "bring a jacket, it is super windy and gets cold" but heeey it was sooo warm! We arrived at the Union Square at the Powell Street and walked all the way up to Chinatown.

Stephan still has a guest, so it was only Meikel, Andrea and me today. From Chinatown we were on our way to the Lombard Street when we decided to do a little breakie in a park. Cupcakes and Iced Coffee. There was even glitter on the cupcakes - yesss!

Then we continued to see the Lomard Street. SF is built on very steep hills, so you get your workout for free! No pain, no gain! But THAT view from there is simply AMAZING!

 After visiting Lombard we walked to the Wharf. It was sooo hot!

We tried In and Out Burger for the first time! Thanks Pia for the advice: Fries Animal Style!

Then we continued to see the Golden Gate Bridge. It was clear weather but went to be foggy real quick.

We ended our day with a visit to the Cheesecake Factory - unfortunately we didn't meet Penny ;-)

First Day SF was fantastic! Can't wait for more to come!!
