Waikiki Beach

Yesterday we had no luck with the weather first. When we started here in Kailua it was super cloudy but we wanted to go down the westcoast so we started to drive. The weather was awful until we arrived at the Diamond Head Crater Trail which we did. The trail was super touristic and I felt that 1000 of people did the same hike but the view was nice. We also saw Waikiki for the first time from above and it looked really ugly compared to beaches we have seen before.

Nevertheless did we decide to go to Waikiki because the weather there looked really nice! We sawe the Statue of Duke Kahanamoku and had a nice frozen joghurt for on the beach!

Then we wanted to realx and therefore drove to Wai'alea Beach Park. The weather here knocks me out every evening. At around 9pm I just want to sleep like a baby. So going to sleep soon is one of the things we like doing here.

 We finished the day with some nice burgers, kind of In-n-out style but really really good :-)
