From LA to the middle of nowhere...

This morning we took Meikel to the Greyhound station in LA, then we went to the airport to return our car and get a new one. Then we started to drive in direction of Sequoia Nationalpark. Our first pitstop was at a donut store in LA, then we had lunch at an american diner in Bakersfield.

Bakersfield has around 300,000 inhabitants but where the hell was everybody?? We asked the waiter and he said that they don't leave their houses when they are cold - haha!! We continued our drive to Visalia where we took a stroll through the city before eating leftovers in the hotel. Super exhausted today, going to bed soon.
