Haleakalā

Today we decided to go to the Haleakalā Volcano. It is a huuuuge volcano and it is 10,000 feet high. So driving there was quite challenging because it is sooo steep! We were driving through the clouds and the view from on top is just amazing. People usually go there for sunrise or sunset but we decided to go throughout the day. We took Michelle and baby Mia with us. When we stepped out of the car, the wind blew us almost away! Never experienced that much wind in my whole life!!! Walking was challenging and we wrapped baby Mia into another towel and wrapped Andrea's scarf around her head - she looked funny! We walked a bit into the crater which was really spectacular! And seeing the sun and the clouds under and above us was pretty cool!

Our Airbnb has a mango tree, so you know what we eat all day err day ;-)

We went to Maluaka Beach to relax and watch sunset!

Pretty nice - huh? Tomorrow we are leaving for Big Island! Bye Maui - it was great meeting you!
